What counts as a reservation
Clear rules, no fine print.
Every new reservation
We count reservations created in the app, on the online booking page, by the AI assistant and over WhatsApp. Editing an existing reservation changes nothing.
Mistakes don't count
A reservation cancelled or deleted within 24 hours of creation is taken off the count.
All organizations together
If you run several rentals, their reservations add up. The free allowance and the €100 cap apply to the total, not to each organization.
Calendar month
The count resets on the first day of the month. A reservation counts in the month it was created, not the month of the rental.
Free allowance
Without the paid plan, after 10 reservations in a month new reservations, online ones included, are paused until the next month starts. Existing data stays untouched.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account and use every feature right away. The first 10 reservations each month are free.
What happens when I use up the free reservations?
With the paid plan everything keeps working and each further reservation costs €1. Without it, new reservations are paused until the next month starts, and customers on the booking page are asked to contact you directly.
How do I enable the paid plan?
Write to us at [email protected] and we will enable it for your account. From then on, reservations above the free allowance are billed monthly.
Can the cost keep growing?
No. You pay at most €100 a month, even with hundreds of reservations. It works like a fixed subscription that switches on by itself once it pays off.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT. VAT at the applicable rate is added to the invoice.
Do I pay for cancelled reservations?
Not for reservations cancelled or deleted within 24 hours of creation. A later cancellation does not change the count.
Which currency do I pay in?
Accounts set to Polish are billed in złoty, all others in euro. The amounts differ, but you reach the monthly cap at the same number of reservations (110).
Are there limits on equipment, clients or users?
No. Equipment, clients, organizations and team members are unlimited. You pay only for reservations.
