Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant change data?
Yes, when you ask: it adds and edits bookings, clients and equipment and cancels bookings. Deleting needs your confirmation, and every action is limited by your role's permissions.
Does the assistant message my customers?
No. The dashboard assistant only talks to you and your team. Customers on WhatsApp are answered by a separate assistant that you turn on in the integration settings.
How long is chat history kept?
30 days. Older conversations with the assistant are deleted automatically.
Which AI model does Librent use?
OpenAI language models. Your data is not used to train models, and OpenAI is listed as a sub-processor in the data processing agreement.
