Frequently asked questions
Can I rent out whole kits, not just single items?
Yes. Bundles combine any equipment into one item with its own price. Booking a bundle books every item in it, so a speaker from the kit cannot be rented separately for the same dates.
How do I track which unit went to which event?
Equipment you own several of has separate units with a label and serial number. You assign specific units to a booking, so every booking shows exactly which units went out.
Can customers check availability themselves?
Yes. You get a public booking page and an availability widget to embed on your own website. The customer picks dates and equipment, and you receive a ready booking.
Can I take a deposit for expensive gear?
Yes. Add a refundable or non-refundable deposit to a booking. Refundable deposits are not counted as revenue in reports.
