How Librent splits the work
Three roles
The owner has full access. Admins invite people and change settings. Team members create bookings, clients and equipment and sign documents, but can't delete anything.
Email invitations
Enter an address and a role, and the person gets a link valid for 7 days. They can turn on two-factor sign-in for their account.
Several businesses, one account
Each organization has its own equipment, clients, team, language, currency and booking page. You switch between them in the sidebar.
Activity log
The owner and admins see who created a booking, which fields they changed and who generated or signed a document.

Frequently asked questions
How is an admin different from the owner?
Admins invite and remove team members, change settings and can delete data. They can't change roles, manage other admins or delete the organization. Only the owner can.
Can I run several rental businesses from one account?
Yes. One account can belong to several organizations and create new ones. Each has its own data, team and booking page.
Can staff at one location see another location's data?
Only if you invite them to both. You grant access separately in each organization, with a separate role.
How are accounts and data protected?
Every user can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and backup codes. Client personal data is encrypted in the database.
